Hawaiian Koa & Burl Maple Knife Stand

No one sell what I want, so I just made it.

I used Hawaiian Koa and burl maple and birds eye maple.
I used Moribashi(metal chopsticks) stand for Ivory.

On the front panel of burl maple, there is one small spot that looks a bird flying.

Here is more pictures

Hello, I've been seeking info of yuzu, and I found your blog, then I found you planted Vanilla too, that's very interesting, I've been planting vanilla for years in Bangkok, yes, in this hot hot city, :P, I know I'm crazy, but I still keep it in my yard, it grows happily on a big Moonlight tree , many leaves (100+) yet no flower at all. (I really can't expect much , right? ^^ ) I just wonder how was your vanilla beans? do you know how to cure it?

I am looking forward to your reply in this vanilla issue, ^^.

You are welcome to my blog, http://www.wretch.cc/blog/tahai2500 .

Hello, Tahai.

I just saw your comment today.

I have not got beans, because I moved from the place, so they are still alive but looks they are not happy, because it is dry place now.

I saw my neighbor had beans on their vanilla plant was 7 or 8 years old.
I think it takes long time to get flowers and you have to pollinate the flowers to get beans.
Anyway, you can search on more detail with "vanilla plant" .

Your plant sounds healty, and keeping on grow it.
Good luck!
