Yoshikane Hankotsu Osaka boning knife

This knife is the one of my customer's custom knife to Yoshikane. I placed the order three of them, so I sell two of them this time. They had taken for 6 months, but it looks great, so I am happy with it. I guess it is originally used for fillet chicken or deboning chicken or some other meat. I

Shigefusa Yanagiba Kitaeji 270mm to 360mm arrived

I have got 7 of Shigefusa Yanagiba Kitaeji 270mm to 360mm blade. It looks originally from old stock of Nihonbashi Kiya which has been deal with Shigefusa for a long time. Nowadays, Shigefusa knife is engraved on "Registered Shigefusa made" on the front side, but those knives are engraved "Shigefusa Saku" on the backside of the blade.
